A few minutes of gentle yoga followed by a hearty discussion by one passionate woman.
Nancy has had a life long interest in healthy eating. About four years ago, she chose a whole food plant-based lifestyle after learning about the incredible health benefits. She earned the Plant-based Nutrition Certificate from eCornell in 2017. To further her plant-based skills, she completed the Forks Over Knives Plant-Based Cooking Course in 2017, and then went on to complete the Plant-Based Professional Certificate in 2018 from Rouxbe Online Culinary School. She is passionate about what she has learned and loves sharing the benefits with others. Regular class fees apply.
